With the bad comes the good, associates,

As you know, one of our Ko Tengu -- Lena -- died...  The effects of her death have been felt all around the compound.  James has locked himself in his room, Dr. Kholod in his lab.  We genuinely have no idea where Lance went, but he assured us he'll be back within the week.  I myself cried a good long while after her passing...  But while the boys are coping, I've decided to make use of some of our more sophisticated machinery.  And I found something amazing!

Lena's death may have closed a door, but it opened a window.  And window which showed me the path to power.  You may remember how much trouble we were having perfecting the Ko Tengu energy synthesizing.  Well, thanks to Lena's accident, I've found a way to harness the Ko Tengu energy in a SEVERAL usable ways!
After running several experiments for safety and stability concerns, I've developed two devices: a "TenguSynth Projection Module" -- based on Dr. Kholod's ideas -- which allows your average person to utilize the elemental powers of a Ko Tengu naturally, and something I call a "Ko Tengu Energy Seeker Device" -- or "KoTES Device" for short -- which allows us to track down more Ko Tengu to HOPEFULLY have a much wider array of data to work with!

On top of these devices, I think I've discovered something ELSE that's interesting...  I remember James saying something about neither he nor his sister having these powers since birth.  I didn't think much of it at the time, but if my extensive two-day studies of Lena's body are correct, I may have figured out what James meant by that...

There's a DNA sequence in Lena's body that isn't there in normal folks.  A BIG one!

Using Lena as a blueprint, I plan to try and not only replicate this sequence, but ENHANCE it!  Imagine!  What if we don't NEED clunky machinery with limited power sources to use the abilities of a Ko Tengu?  What if we could just DO IT OURSELVES?  If my theories are correct, I should be able to whip up some kind of injection or DNA modification device that would give normal people the powers of a Ko Tengu!

Now, this isn't going to be easy.  I'm going to need more Ko Tengu for this.  Several of them!  Hopefully, ones with different powers!  This would be a GREAT opportunity to test and optimize my KoTES Device.  But before I do ANYTHING, I'd like you folks to take a look at the attached videos and data sheets.  If you think this is worth looking into, please say so!  Otherwise, I'll go back to the previous studies with Dr. Kholod and won't bring it up again.
